Dahlia Tuber Store Policies

Thank you for supporting our family farm! We truly appreciate your interest in our tubers and are glad to share in the growing experience with you! 

TUBER GUARANTEE - 

We guarantee your dahlia tubers will be true to the variety you purchased and arrive in the mail with at least one awake and/or sprouted eye and a healthy tuber body.

  • Please inspect your tubers upon arrival by opening the package immediately. Make sure you received the correct amount and the correct varieties. If your order is incorrect (missing or wrong varieties) or you have questions about the tubers please contact us at stonecropfarmers@gmail.com within 7 days of your order arriving. Once the 7 days have passed, you accept full responsibility for your tubers.

  • We ship your tubers in the spring after a long cozy winter of tuber caretaking to ensure they arrive in time for you to plant them according to your climate. Please refer to our Dahlia Planting Guide if you have questions about when and how to plant your tubers. Please note we are not responsible for damage due to improper storage, bad weather, pests, poor field conditions, negligence, or plant performance once you have received and accepted your tubers.

DAHLIA TUBER SHIPPING - 

When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a second email the day your order ships. We will ship dahlia tuber orders in April 2025.  All orders will be shipped via USPS within the USA only. If you placed more than one order, we will do our best to ship these together. However, separate orders going to the same address may arrive in multiple shipments. â€‹

ORDER COMPLETIONS - 

Your order is only confirmed once you have checked out, completed payments, and received your order confirmation email.

CANCELLATIONS - 

All orders are final once placed. If you need to make a change to your order after it is placed please contact us at stonecropfarmers@gmail.com. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund your order during our quality checks as we ship out our tubers.

 

SUBSTITUTIONS - 

We do not offer substitutions due to stock loss. If something unexpected happens with storage between when you order and our spring shipping dates, we will refund you the price of the tuber(s). Shipping charges will be refunded only if no tubers are shipped to you.
