How it Works

Farm Fresh Wedding Flowers  grown, cut, and arranged just for you

Skyryder Photography

Thank you for considering Stonecrop Farm for your wedding flowers. We look forward to sitting down with you to discuss your vision for your once in a lifetime celebration. We’ll share images of our past work focusing on flowers that will be blooming around the time of your date. We’ll be happy to share our experience with your selected site and offer advice on how to get the most impact from your flowers. You can share pictures that you have collected, fabric samples, and any inspiration you have found. After the initial consultation, we’ll put together a contract of services for you to consider. After reviewing our past work and the contract, if you think that Stonecrop flowers are a great match, we ask that you sign the contract and return it with a down payment.

As we grow closer to your date, we’ll touch base and review what’s blooming. Often, Gwynn will have a final meeting or phone confirmation with the bride three or four weeks before the wedding. At that time she’ll review the contract for final numbers and discuss the schedule for the day.

Preparation for your celebration includes months of seeding, transplanting, weeding, and watering. Just before your wedding, the crew will spend hours harvesting buckets and buckets of fresh stems just for you. On your wedding day, the Stonecrop crew will arrive and set up arrangements, distribute boutonnieres, corsages, and bouquets. We’ll get a full schedule of the day to be sure to be ready for photographers and work with all the team on site. Don’t expect what you’ve seen at other weddings. You’ll get a celebration of what’s in season grown and arranged just for you.
